BETTER LIFE COUNSELING & CONSULTING, LLC
Quality Care You Can Count On
Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes? There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. My name is Anna Murawska and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) practicing in downtown Princeton-currently via telehealth. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and develop better coping skills to manage stressors. I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

There are many roads down the path to a better life. Let me help you find the one that is best for you. Alcohol and drug addiction happens in the best of families. Many people engage in addictive behaviors to escape emotional pain- feelings of depression, anxiety, loneliness or anger. Substance use often leads to shame and isolation. Recovery begins with connecting to others who understand you, provide sense of hope and offer a path to a better life.
